Overview
We seek a Senior Staff Designer to lead intelligent agentic systems across creative and enterprise workflows. This systems design role focuses on AI behavior orchestration and adaptive interfaces. The ideal candidate will translate emerging AI capabilities into production-ready interaction patterns while collaborating with research engineering and product. This role differs by emphasizing AI as a design material and prioritizing cross-functional impact.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead major initiatives within agentic systems translating AI capabilities into interaction patterns
- 2Design interaction frameworks for multi-step workflows and tool-using skills
- 3Create mechanisms making reasoning legible with confidence indicators provenance and evaluation UX
- 4Prototype AI-native capabilities working directly with large language models and agent frameworks
- 5Adapt AI systems to creative contexts ensuring alignment with creative workflows and enterprise constraints
- 6Partner closely with engineering research to deliver production systems through build test refine cycles
- 7Drive cross-functional execution influencing stakeholders via working prototypes and system articulation
- 8Contribute to shared best practices for AI interaction and behavior design
- 9Design accessible interfaces applying WCAG conformance criteria throughout design testing prototyping
- 10Integrate first and third party AI systems demonstrating familiarity with multi-agent orchestration patterns
- 11Apply accessibility expertise including certifications such as CPACC or WAS
Requirements11
- 18+ years product systems or interaction design experience
- 2Demonstrated experience designing and shipping AI-assisted or agent-based systems
- 3Hands-on experience with large language models and adaptive generative interfaces
- 4Comfort prototyping in code and contributing production-quality implementations
- 5Strong systems thinking working within complex cross-functional environments
- 6Additional depth designing enterprise AI workflows
- 7Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration patterns
- 8Experience integrating first and third party AI systems
- 9Background in automation design developer tooling or platform ecosystems
- 10Accessibility expertise in AI-driven interfaces
- 11Preferred certifications: CPACC WAS CPWA or ADS from IAAP
