Organizational Development & Learning Lead
Overview
Distyl seeks a senior individual contributor to shape people growth at a fast scaling AI company. You will partner with leadership on organizational design and lead research driven interventions. This role focuses on building teams managers and enabling their success.
What You'll Do11
- 1Partner on hard questions with Head of People and functional leaders on org design and team health
- 2Design and field research to identify manager effectiveness and engagement drivers
- 3Translate data insights into actionable interventions and recommended changes
- 4Design manager enablement programs including onboarding and coaching skills
- 5Activate career ladders and development frameworks to support progression
- 6Lead change management for org-wide shifts and new structures
- 7Ship and iterate on interventions from design to long term outcomes
- 8Apply diagnostic rigor using social sciences PhD and evidence based practices
- 9Serve as a change practitioner skilled in building coalitions and navigating complexity
- 10Demonstrate AI fluency translating technical concepts into business solutions
- 11Operate as a peer-level thought partner in difficult conversations
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading organizational initiatives
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified experience required
- 5Python proficiency essential
- 6React framework familiarity needed
- 7Kubernetes deployment knowledge required
- 8Data engineering background acceptable
- 9People analytics expertise preferred
- 10Change management methodology proven track record
- 11Coaching skills demonstrated
