• 1Mentor less experienced team members to identify data requirements and business objectives
• 2Design and participate in building data infrastructure to optimize processing from various sources
• 3Analyze designs and troubleshoot data flows based on business needs
• 4Participate in architecture performance and security reviews of technical solutions
• 5Adjust indexing and query optimizations for optimal data collection performance
• 6Build Extract Transform Load pipelines for efficient scalable data collection
• 7Hold upstream and downstream teams accountable for defined service level agreements
• 8Manage relationships with data providers
• 9Design and implement data governance policies for consistency integrity accuracy and reliability
• 10Lead redaction processes for personally identifiable information and protected health information
• 11Ensure data compliance with relevant laws regulations and industry standards
• 12Provide expertise on and implement data validation and integrity checks
• 13Mentor team members to define data annotation and labeling processes
• 14Identify automation opportunities for data validation and governance
• 15Correct deviations and non conformances when identified
• 16Design scalable efficient data pipeline architectures to build reusable data products
• 17Implement advanced storage solutions for processed data
• 18Collaborate in agile environments to develop maintain and debug advanced data solutions
• 19Review runnable code and work on testing debugging with less experienced members
