Overview
Drive organisation-wide AI adoption ensuring solutions deliver measurable value and align with strategic goals. Acting as a bridge between business units and the AI Enablement team, this role identifies high-impact opportunities, shapes initiatives from concept to implementation, and embeds best practices for sustainable success.
What You'll Do6
- 1Identify & Deliver AI Solutions: Work with business teams to uncover AI opportunities, shape strategic use cases, and guide them from concept to production, ensuring readiness, adoption, and measurable value
- 2Enable Adoption & Best Practices: Design engaging training, promote consistent standards in usability, governance, and risk management, and embed AI into everyday operations
- 3Collaborate & Innovate: Partner across IT, marketing, customer service, and more to align initiatives, scale solutions, and drive creative applications of AI that enhance business outcomes
- 4Monitor & Improve: Track adoption, costs, and benefits while fostering continuous improvement and innovation in AI performance
- 5Provide Expertise & Share Knowledge: Offer technical guidance on AI platforms, troubleshoot issues, and actively share insights to shape the organisation’s AI strategy
- 6Engage Stakeholders & Lead Change: Build support for AI initiatives and manage change to ensure smooth, successful implementation

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading cross-functional AI projects
