What You'll Do12
- 1Lead design and implementation of scalable Product Access and entitlement systems for cloud API and AI-driven products
- 2Define and drive long-term technical strategy for Product Access platforms and access enforcement capabilities
- 3Drive greenfield initiatives through hands-on prototyping and implementation
- 4Champion AI-assisted development practices using tools like Claude Code to improve productivity and quality
- 5Establish best practices for integrating AI workflows into software design testing and operations
- 6Design systems supporting access decisions for human and non-human actors including services automations and AI agents
- 7Lead evolution of entitlement and licensing platforms for subscription usage-based and AI-driven consumption models
- 8Build scalable low-latency resilient distributed systems with operational excellence
- 9Influence technical direction across multiple engineering organizations to drive adoption of shared capabilities
- 10Partner with Product Management to shape capabilities monetization and platform evolution
- 11Mentor engineers through collaboration code reviews architecture guidance and technical leadership
- 12Evaluate emerging technologies and translate them into practical engineering advantages

- 112+ years building large-scale distributed systems and platform services
- 2Strong hands-on software engineering background with direct contribution to architecture design and implementation
- 3Proven experience building or evolving Product Access entitlement and licensing systems
- 4Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures distributed systems design microservices and API design
- 5Demonstrated ability to shape engineering direction through technical vision innovation and influence
- 6Experience driving engineering productivity improvements via modern tooling and developer platforms
- 7Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and tools such as Claude Code GitHub Copilot Cursor
- 8Strong experience with AI-enabled product patterns agentic workflows and API-driven consumption models
- 9Ability to influence technical strategy and drive alignment across multiple organizations without direct authority
- 10Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills navigating complex tradeoffs
- 11Balanced ability to address short-term delivery pressures with long-term platform sustainability
- 12Product and business acumen aligning technical decisions with customer and business outcomes
- 13Experience with SaaS licensing entitlement models
- 14Building platform services used across multiple engineering organizations
- 15Exposure to developer platforms internal tooling or engineering productivity initiatives
- 16Experience with Kubernetes event-driven architectures modern cloud platforms AWS Azure or GCP
- 17Exposure to AI ML-enabled products and modern AI application architectures
- 18Driving enterprise-scale platform adoption and technical convergence initiatives
