What You'll Do11
- 1Design and implement predictive models to analyze user behavior across multi-agent workflows

- 3Develop frameworks for optimizing non-deterministic user experiences powered by AI agents
- 4Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate predictive intelligence into orchestration systems
- 5Create analytical models and reporting frameworks for business intelligence and forecasting
- 6Guide experimentation strategies including A/B testing and causal inference for agent performance
- 7Provide technical leadership on data architecture and system scalability for AI/ML platforms
- 8Translate early-stage product questions into structured analytical programs with measurable impact
- 9Establish metrics and measurement frameworks for novel product spaces involving AI/ML
- 10Design instrumentation and event schemas for complex stateful systems
- 11Bridge research and production with practical solutions for nondeterministic AI outputs
Requirements10
- 18+ years in data science or applied ML with focus on product analytics or user behavior modeling
- 2Deep expertise in predictive modeling including classification survival analysis sequence models or LTV/propensity frameworks
- 3Fluency in designing instrumentation and event schemas for stateful systems
- 4Proven experience with AI/ML powered products featuring nondeterministic outputs
- 5Familiarity with LLMs embedding models vector databases and RAG systems in production environments
- 6Strong understanding of 2D/3D geometric data representations and data modeling techniques
- 7Ability to translate theory into practical solutions and prototypes
- 8Demonstrated collaboration across teams with autonomous execution capabilities
- 9Exceptional technical writing and communication skills for documentation and stakeholder influence
