UX Designer, User Experience & Interface Design
Overview
Own the end-to-end user experience for enterprise solutions at Unisoft Technology Inc, collaborating daily with Business Analysts and System Analysts. You will design intuitive interfaces that align with complex user workflows, from discovery to high-fidelity prototypes. This role pairs deep user research with rapid iteration, making a direct impact on product usability and client satisfaction. Based onsite in Baltimore, Maryland, you will join a cross-functional team that values user-centered design at every stage.
What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct user research and interview stakeholders to map user journeys and pain points.
- 2Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
- 3Collaborate with Business Analysts and System Analysts to translate requirements into intuitive UI flows.
- 4Facilitate usability testing sessions and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- 5Develop and maintain a design system with reusable components and patterns in Figma.
- 6Partner with developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- 7Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- 8Continuously evaluate and improve the usability of existing applications through heuristic evaluations and analytics.
Requirements8
- 15+ years of experience in user experience design or a related field.
- 2A portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving, and visual design skills.
- 3Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- 4Proficiency in prototyping tools and usability testing methods.
- 5Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design handoff.
- 6Experience working with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts and developers.
- 7Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- 8Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
