Senior Digital Product Designer, UX & Housing Finance

What You'll Do8
- 1Own the design lifecycle from discovery to delivery for Figma prototypes and production-ready interfaces.
- 2Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and translate them into intuitive user flows.
- 3Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that align with accessibility standards (WCAG).
- 4Plan and moderate usability tests, synthesizing insights to iterate on designs rapidly.
- 5Partner with front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation, using HTML and CSS as needed.
- 6Drive the evolution of the design system, documenting components and patterns for Sketch and Figma.
- 7Mentor junior designers, providing feedback on visual and interaction design.
- 8Ship impactful features within the first 90 days, demonstrating measurable improvements in user satisfaction.
Requirements8
- 17+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio in SaaS or fintech environments.
- 2Expert proficiency in Figma and Sketch, including creating and maintaining design systems.
- 3Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design decisions.
- 4Strong understanding of HTML and CSS for rapid prototyping and developer handoff.
- 5Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles.
- 6Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting design rationales to stakeholders.
- 7Proven track record of shipping successful digital products that balance user needs with business goals.
- 8Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
