UX Designer, User Research & Figma
Overview
You will design easy-to-use digital products for web and mobile, turning business goals into great user experiences. You will build user personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma. You will partner with engineering and product teams to ship polished interfaces. This role puts you at the center of user research, with direct impact on product direction.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build user personas and customer journey maps to guide design decisions.
- 2Map user journeys and create user flows for web and mobile features.
- 3Design wireframes and interactive prototypes with Figma and Sketch.
- 4Plan and run usability tests, then analyze results and iterate on designs.
- 5Conduct user interviews and surveys using SurveyMonkey and Google Analytics.
- 6Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
- 7Improve designs based on user feedback and data from Google Analytics.
Requirements6
- 13+ years in UX design with a strong portfolio.
- 2Expert in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe D.
- 3Hands-on with user research tools: SurveyMonkey, Google Analytics.
- 4Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- 5Strong skills in user research, including interviews and surveys.
- 6Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Salary Insight
$125 - $146k per year
