Principal UX Designer, Financial Services

What You'll Do8
- 1Lead the design of core investment workflows, from onboarding to trade execution, using Figma and Sketch.
- 2Build high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups to validate concepts with users and stakeholders.
- 3Drive user research and usability testing to inform design decisions, leveraging UserTesting and Optimal Workshop.
- 4Collaborate with product managers to define design requirements and acceptance criteria for new features.
- 5Ship responsive, accessible interfaces that work across web and mobile, following WCAG guidelines.
- 6Mentor junior designers and contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency across the product suite.
- 7Iterate rapidly based on analytics and A/B testing, using Amplitude and Google Analytics to measure impact.
- 8Present design solutions to executive stakeholders, articulating rationale and trade-offs clearly.
Requirements8
- 17+ years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating complex B2B or fintech products.
- 2Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and InVision for prototyping and collaboration.
- 3Strong command of HTML/CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
- 4Experience designing for iOS and Android platforms, with an understanding of platform-specific guidelines.
- 5Ability to translate user research into actionable design insights, using tools like UserTesting.
- 6Experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with development teams.
- 7Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence product strategy.
- 8A passion for investing and financial literacy, with a desire to make complex topics simple.
