Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead a 13-week travel assignment providing post-operative care for adult and geriatric transplant patients. This role involves monitoring graft function managing medications and educating families on recovery. Candidates must have a strong background in intensive care unit transplant nursing.

What You'll Do5

  • 1Provide post-operative care for kidney liver and vascular transplant patients
  • 2Monitor graft function labs fluid balance and surgical sites
  • 3Administer immunosuppressants IV medications anticoagulants and pain management
  • 4Recognize and manage transplant complications including rejection infection and thrombosis
  • 5Educate patients and families on post-transplant care and medication adherence

Requirements5

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 2NIHSS preferred (Preferred)
  • 3BLS & ACLS (AHA) required
  • 4Minimum 2 years of IMC experience (Hard Stop)
  • 5Transplant nursing experience required
