What You'll Do7
- 1Build a safe, nurturing classroom for toddlers aged 16-33 months, using Life Essentials curriculum
- 2Design daily activities that boost social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills
- 3Greet families at drop-off and pick-up, sharing daily highlights and milestone updates
- 4Track each child's progress with written observations and photo documentation
- 5Maintain a spotless, organized classroom meeting Minnesota DHS licensing rules
- 6Collaborate with co-teachers to adjust lesson plans based on real-time feedback
- 7Model positive behavior and language for toddlers throughout the day
Requirements7
- 11+ years experience in a licensed childcare center
- 2CDA credential or coursework in Early Childhood Education
- 3Knowledge of Minnesota DHS teacher qualifications
- 4Reliable attendance and punctuality
- 5Strong verbal communication with parents and staff
- 6Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move with children
- 7Current CPR and First Aid certification
Salary Insight
