Infant/Toddler Teacher, Early Childhood Education

This role supports healthy development, safety, and learning for children ages 12-40 months. You will own the daily classroom experience for preschool children, guiding them from first-day jitters to kindergarten-ready independence. You will design a curriculum that blends structured learning with creative play, using storytelling, educational games, and hands-on crafts. Working with a small team of educators, you will observe each child's progress and involve parents in their growth. The role centers on fostering emotional resilience and social skills, setting children up for lifelong learning.

You will own daily classroom operations for a group of young children, guiding their intellectual, psychological, and physical growth through play-based learning. You will design and lead developmentally appropriate activities, track milestones, and partner with families to support each child's progress. You will own the daily care and early education of infants in our Infant Program, supporting up to 12 children in a licensed classroom. You will implement Developmentally Appropriate Practices and Infant/Toddler curriculum under California ECE guidelines.
