What You'll Do7
- 1Design and implement a daily program that mixes storytelling, educational play, and media for infants and toddlers.
- 2Observe each child to boost social skills and self-esteem, adjusting activities to their needs.
- 3Encourage positive peer interactions and guide children in group settings.
- 4Organize nap and snack times, ensuring constant supervision and safety.
- 5Track each child's progress and share updates with parents through reports and conversations.
- 6Collaborate with fellow teachers to align teaching strategies and classroom management.
- 7Maintain a clean classroom that meets health and safety standards, checking toys and equipment daily.
Requirements7
- 12+ years in a childcare or early childhood education setting.
- 2Experience with infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and nap routines.
- 3Strong communication skills to engage with parents and team members.
- 4Ability to follow a structured schedule while adapting to children's needs.
- 5Patience and empathy for young children's developmental stages.
- 6Certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred).
- 7High school diploma or equivalent; Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is a plus.
