What You'll Do5
- 1Benchmark LAN/WAN configurations against MSP and industry standards using our platform
- 2Run BDOS and EDOS client meetings and deliver Service Day Deliverables with 90% proactive completion
- 3Maintain technical documentation libraries and client-specific SOPs including app installs and endpoint setups
- 4Contribute benchmarks to our Standards Committee and identify project opportunities for the vCIO preflight process
- 5Develop AI-driven solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot to draft documentation and automate repetitive tasks
Requirements5
- 15+ years hands-on infrastructure experience with LAN/WAN servers and RMM tools
- 2Proven ability to benchmark systems and translate findings into client-facing risk assessments
- 3Strong documentation skills with experience maintaining SOPs and checklists
- 4Client-facing communication abilities and comfortable leading onsite meetings
- 5Familiarity with compliance auditing and translating technical issues into business value
