What You'll Do11
- 1Own remote and onsite client services
- 2Complete projects on schedule and on budget
- 3Deliver equipment setup and configuration
- 4Execute maintenance windows for cutovers
- 5Provide afterhours project services as needed
- 6Confirm technical alignment post project
- 7Manage scope creep and additional service requests
- 8Maintain detailed project documentation
- 9Lead P1 incident coordination at client sites
- 10Perform onsite walkthroughs and flag deficiencies
- 11Create and improve deployment runbooks and guides
Requirements11
- 17+ years of experience in IT deployment project engineering systems integration
- 2Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune Ubiquiti UniFi Cisco Meraki platforms
- 3Strong networking fundamentals including TCP/IP VLANs routing switching firewalls wireless DNS DHCP WAN LAN troubleshooting
- 4Experience with Entra ID Autopilot Microsoft 365 hybrid identity configurations
- 5Proven ability to communicate with clients stakeholders and subcontractors under pressure
- 6Travel regularly to Southern California client sites
- 7Strong documentation discipline for time entries project notes as-built records
- 8Microsoft platform: MD-102 AZ-104 MS-900 AZ-900 or equivalent
- 9Networking: CompTIA Network+ CCNA UniFi Ubiquiti Academy or Cisco Meraki certification
- 10Preferred: ConnectWise University ConnectWise PSA certification or equivalent PSA experience
- 11MSP or Professional Services background managing client-facing engagements
