What You'll Do11
- 1Lead technical implementation efforts for infrastructure cloud security and modernization projects
- 2Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across environments
- 3Develop and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
- 4Apply security best practices and implement technical controls
- 5Contribute to architecture design for scalable technology solutions
- 6Maintain documentation including network diagrams and implementation procedures
- 7Collaborate with Head of Technology & Security on compliance initiatives
- 8Provide technical guidance and coaching as Tier 3 escalation point
- 9Train and mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 personnel
- 10Assist with incident response and remediation activities
- 11Evaluate emerging technologies for business value and cost impact
Requirements11
- 15+ years hands-on IT experience including 2+ years Systems Administrator or equivalent
- 2Expertise with Microsoft 365 Conditional Access MFA Defender and Intune
- 3Proficiency managing on-premises and hybrid Microsoft Active Directory
- 4Advanced Windows Server and Windows 11 administration experience
- 5Familiarity with SonicWall firewalls and Ubiquiti UniFi networks
- 6Experience configuring DNS DHCP VPN and backup disaster recovery solutions
- 7Strong PowerShell scripting abilities for automation
- 8Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- 9Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions
- 10Preferred MSP background supporting multiple client environments
- 11Certifications: Microsoft 365 Administrator SC-102 Azure Administrator AZ-104 Identity and Access Administrator SC-300 Security+ SC-401
