Overview
MRA seeks senior IT professional to lead technological environment across two locations supporting 120 employees. Hands-on role balancing strategic infrastructure oversight and daily employee support. Requires technical depth accountability and service orientation.

- 3Implement endpoint security solutions EDR XDR
- 4Develop backup and disaster recovery plans test them
- 5Handle patch management vendor licensing oversight
- 6Create IT documentation and standards development
- 7Plan technology roadmap
- 8Provide employee helpdesk support device provisioning account setup
- 9Conduct new hire onboarding offboarding procedures laptop desktop imaging deployment
- 10Manage mobile device management troubleshoot hardware software issues
- 11Prioritize and manage support tickets
Requirements10
- 17+ years progressive IT experience
- 2Primary or sole IT resource experience
- 3Strong network firewall administration Fortinet preferred
