What You'll Do11
- 1Resolve workstation operating system issues of any kind
- 2Troubleshoot printer issues of any kind
- 3Address standard business application issues including Office and other common applications
- 4Handle advanced server issues of any kind
- 5Manage basic and intermediate networking issues
- 6Act as escalation point for technicians
- 7Participate in on call rotation providing after hours and weekend support
- 8Work full time on site at company office or client locations
- 9Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- 10Maintain five years experience in IT Support or similar role
- 11Demonstrate proficiency in supporting MS Office Adobe Active Directory backup software endpoint cybersecurity mobile devices and various business applications
Requirements11
- 1Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting
- 2Knowledge of Server 2016 through 2025
- 3Familiarity with VMware and Hyper V virtualization
- 4Ability to support M365 and Azure
- 5Minimum five years experience in IT Support or related field
- 6Basic knowledge of firewalls switches network architecture and troubleshooting
- 7Valid driver’s license vehicle insurance and access to a vehicle for client visits
- 8Active Server certifications preferred
- 9Bold technology names: Python AWS React Kubernetes
- 10Bold certifications: CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified
- 11Bold experience ranges: 5+ years 3-5 seasons
