This role offers variety by troubleshooting laptop issues configuring device management policies and setting up AV for all-hands meetings You'll serve as a go-to resource for Windows Mac and Google Workspace environments delivering tools and support that empower our team
What You'll Do11
- 1Build and maintain secure network infrastructure using Cisco switches and Firewall solutions
- 2Design scalable cloud storage architecture leveraging AWS S3 and Glacier
- 3Implement identity governance through Active Directory and Azure AD
- 4Develop automated deployment scripts with PowerShell and Ansible
- 5Own daily operations of Windows Server farms and Linux clusters
- 6Scale virtualization resources using VMware and Hyper-V
- 7Debug complex application issues with Splunk and ELK stack
- 8Drive security compliance via CrowdStrike and SentinelOne
- 9Ship critical software releases through CI/CD pipelines built with Jenkins
- 10Lead quarterly training sessions on cybersecurity best practices
- 11Collaborate with product teams to integrate Microsoft Teams and Slack platforms
