Superior Managed IT seeks an IT System Administrator to lead and enhance client IT environments across hardware software cloud services and core infrastructure. This position offers the chance to drive operational excellence and innovate within a dynamic managed services framework.
What You'll Do6
- 1Monitor maintain and support Windows environments Microsoft 365 Active Directory networking cloud services and end user systems
- 2Troubleshoot resolve incidents service requests and access management challenges
- 3Deploy hardware software and new IT solutions for client deployments
- 4Provide escalation support for service desk technicians and mentor junior team members
- 5Document technical work maintain knowledge base content and ensure accurate reporting
- 6Support onsite service needs and manage rotating on call schedules
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading IT teams
- 3AWS Certified experience
- 4CPC Card certification preferred
- 55+ years designing scalable network architectures
