IT Supervisor Enterprise Systems Administration

Leading enterprise systems administration for Montgomery County Public Schools under the Director of the IT Department. What You'll Do11
- 1Own and scale enterprise infrastructure solutions including server systems cloud platforms and virtual environments
- 2Design and implement identity governance solutions using Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager
- 3Lead disaster recovery and continuity of operations strategies for critical systems
- 4Coordinate identity integration projects across staff student and parent user bases
- 5Drive technology adoption for business and instructional applications including single sign-on solutions
- 6Supervise IT engineers in enterprise systems architecture and information security domains
- 7Manage application lifecycle from deployment automation to patch management and server security controls
- 8Establish processes for documenting and analyzing service performance metrics
- 9Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology implementations with organizational standards
- 10Maintain flexible scheduling accommodating nights and weekends for emergency program activities
- 11Translate stakeholder requirements into secure scalable technology solutions
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Certification: AWS Certified
- 3Knowledge of enterprise server systems cloud platforms virtual systems platforms enterprise storage systems backup and recovery solutions
- 4Experience with DNS Active Directory Microsoft Identity Manager identity governance cloud directories
- 5Proficiency in Microsoft Identity Manager and identity systems for staff students and retirees
- 6Familiarity with hybrid infrastructure configurations using Microsoft Azure and AWS
- 7Strong critical thinking and analytical skills for complex problem resolution
- 8Ability to lead and motivate technical teams with flexible management style
- 9Understanding of change management processes for enterprise-wide technology deployments
- 10Experience translating business requirements into technical implementations
- 11Certification: PMP preferred
