What You'll Do7

  • 1Disassemble IT equipment such as servers, laptops, and storage devices following step-by-step teardown guides.
  • 2Sort materials including metals, plastics, and circuit boards into designated bins for recycling or reuse.
  • 3Document teardown results in the internal tracking system to ensure accurate inventory counts.
  • 4Inspect components for salvageable parts and label them for refurbishment.
  • 5Maintain a clean and organized workbench, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • 6Collaborate with team members to meet daily processing targets.
  • 7Escalate any equipment anomalies or procedural deviations to the lead technician.

Requirements7

  • 11+ years experience in electronics disassembly, repair, or reverse logistics.
  • 2Familiarity with hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and ESD-safe equipment.
  • 3Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • 4High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5Basic computer skills for data entry into inventory systems.
  • 6Attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures exactly.
  • 7Comfortable working in a warehouse or industrial environment.
