Overview
You will own the full repair cycle for electronic components, from initial diagnosis through final testing, in a high-volume warehouse setting. Working with oscilloscopes, signal generators, and volt meters, you will troubleshoot boards down to the component level. - 2Read and interpret schematic diagrams to trace signal paths and identify faults.
- 3Perform soldering and de-soldering on surface mount and thru-hole components.
- 4Document repair actions and test results in the computer system with precise data entry.
- 5Meet daily repair quotas while maintaining quality standards and turnaround times.
- 6Maintain a clean, organized workbench and follow all ESD safety protocols.
- 7Handle hard drive devices with care, adhering to data security and handling policies.
- 8Collaborate with warehouse teammates to prioritize urgent repairs and manage workflow.
Requirements9
- 12+ years hands-on experience in electronics repair or troubleshooting.
- 2Proficiency reading schematic diagrams and understanding component theory.
- 3Skilled in soldering and de-soldering for surface mount and thru-hole components.
- 4Experience using oscilloscopes, signal generators, and volt meters.
- 5Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for component-level fault isolation.
- 6Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
- 7Attention to detail for thorough testing and documentation.
- 8Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- 9Must pass a Technical Aptitude Test prior to employment.
