Overview

What You'll Do11
- 1Repair customer-owned test and measurement instruments
- 2Run instruments through automated test stations upon arrival
- 3Review and analyze test data outputs to identify component failures
- 4Make informed technical decisions on repair versus board replacement
- 5Coordinate with assemblers and calibration operators for instrument servicing
- 6Ensure repaired instruments pass testing and are shipped back to customers
- 7Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment at modular and component levels
- 8Communicate repair trends and recurring issues to relevant teams
- 9Interface directly with customers for repair requests or limited calibration support
- 10Escalate complex product issues to engineering or specialized support groups
- 11Complete calibration data sheets with accuracy and efficiency
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in electronics repair environments
- 3Associate’s degree in Electronics or Engineering Technology
- 4Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering preferred
- 5Formal electronics foundation with strong understanding of schematics and mechanical systems
- 6Proficiency with test and measurement equipment including Tektronix and Keysight
- 7Ability to interpret test data and understand block diagrams
- 8Experience with Anritsu instruments and automated testing procedures
- 9Strong data-driven troubleshooting skills
- 10Customer-facing communication abilities
- 11Open to early-career technicians with solid fundamentals
