You will own full-cycle recruiting for a Farmers Insurance district, sourcing and closing top-tier sales agents and agency owners. You will join a high-energy team in San Jose, working onsite with a clear path to District Manager. You will blend outbound calling with LinkedIn, AI sourcing tools, and Canva to build pipelines. What You'll Do8
- 1Source candidates through LinkedIn, AI tools, and automated drip campaigns.
- 2Make 30+ outbound recruiting calls daily to prospects.
- 3Screen candidates for sales aptitude and convert them into licensed agents.
- 4Present the Farmers Insurance agency ownership opportunity.
- 5Track recruiting metrics in Excel and CRM dashboards.
- 6Coach new agents on licensing and early production.
- 7Hold agents accountable to activity and performance standards.
- 8Complete leadership training to qualify for District Manager.
Requirements7
- 12+ years in recruiting, ideally for insurance sales or financial services.
- 2Proven sales background with strong closing and objection-handling skills.
- 3Proficiency with LinkedIn, AI sourcing tools, and drip email platforms.
- 4Proficiency with Excel for tracking and analyzing recruiting data.
- 5Comfortable with high outbound call volume and strong communication skills.
- 6Willingness to obtain insurance licenses (PC and Life Health).
- 7Ability to train and mentor new recruits through licensing and onboarding.
Salary Insight
$60 - $90k per year
