Licensed Insurance Sales Producer, Farmers Insurance San Francisco
Overview
Own your sales pipeline as a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer with the Farmers Insurance District Office in San Francisco. You'll sell Personal Lines, Commercial Insurance, and Life Insurance to warm leads and existing households. Work directly with district leadership and leverage the University of Farmers® training platform. This role builds a path toward agency ownership for driven professionals.
What You'll Do9
- 1Exceed monthly sales production targets by converting warm leads and referrals.
- 2Generate new business through networking, marketing initiatives, and lead follow-up.
- 3Contact prospects to assess insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions.
- 4Develop accurate quotes and proposals using CRM tools.
- 5Deliver sales presentations and close new business opportunities.
- 6Cross-sell additional products like Life Insurance and Financial Services to existing clients.
- 7Build and maintain client relationships to drive retention.
- 8Maintain a pipeline of prospects with scheduled follow-ups.
- 9Stay current on insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
Requirements10
- 1Active California Property Casualty Insurance License.
- 2Active California Life Health Insurance License or obtain within 60 days.
- 3Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- 4Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a coachable mindset.
- 5Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- 6Professional and customer-focused attitude.
- 71-2 years of insurance sales experience preferred.
- 8Experience in outside sales or consultative sales is a plus.
- 9Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- 10Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management.
