What You'll Do10
- 1Execute a high-volume outbound sales strategy, making 100+ calls daily.
- 2Generate 10+ insurance quotes per day and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- 3Meet monthly production goals by writing new business premiums.
- 4Follow up with prospects, referrals, and existing leads to boost conversion.
- 5Run needs-based conversations and recommend personalized coverage options.
- 6Prepare accurate quotes and guide clients through policy binding.
- 7Educate clients on Farmers products, discounts, and coverage.
- 8Build long-term relationships through professional communication and service.
- 9Track customer records and manage your pipeline in agency systems.
- 10Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2Experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role preferred.
- 3Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
- 4Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
- 5Organized and able to manage time across priorities.
- 6Works well independently and in a team.
