Insurance Sales Producer, Farmers Agency
Overview
You will sell insurance products to new and existing customers in Sacramento, building your own book of business under a Farmers agency owner. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, and perform policy reviews to retain clients. This role offers flexibility in compensation structure, with potential for commission or base salary. You'll be the face of the agency in your community, making a direct impact on local families' financial protection.
What You'll Do6
- 1Network with local businesses and community groups to generate insurance leads
- 2Contact prospects and schedule appointments to discuss coverage needs
- 3Meet with prospective customers to present Farmers products and tailor coverage options
- 4Review existing customers' policies annually to ensure adequate protection and identify upsell opportunities
- 5Deliver sales presentations that clearly explain policy benefits and exclusions

- 1Valid insurance producer license in California
- 2Pass a background check

- 41+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred
