Talent Acquisition Specialist, Dental DPO & US Coverage

Own the full-cycle talent acquisition for MB2 Dental’s network of practices across the US, supporting growth at scale. Collaborate with practice leaders, execute recruiting plans, and manage data in our ATS to fill roles efficiently. What You'll Do9
- 1Build and manage candidate pipelines to meet monthly hiring targets iCIMS and ATS data accuracy
- 2Requisition creation, status updates, and documentation in iCIMS to support administrative Talent Acquisition functions
- 3Screen resumes, source passive candidates, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers with structured feedback
- 4Schedule interviews, collect and consolidate interview feedback, and coordinate next steps with stakeholders
- 5Act as liaison between hiring managers and candidates while maintaining strong relationships across teams
- 6Maintain relationships with team members, hiring managers, and candidates to support long-term talent needs
- 7Develop a bench of talent aligned with company culture to ensure timely hiring
- 8Participate in Talent Acquisition events and conferences as needed
- 9Contribute to process improvements and data reporting to inform hiring decisions with Excel and Teams
Requirements6
- 12+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 2Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - iCIMS preferred
- 3Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- 4Results-driven with strong organizational skills
- 5Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with variable workload
- 6Polished and professional presentation and communication style
