What You'll Do10

  • 1Own the daily pacing sheet to track collections and meet monthly revenue targets.
  • 2Coach the sales team on callbacks and conversion using Google Suite.
  • 3Lead morning huddles with a sales lens, focusing on goals, behaviors, and accountability.
  • 4Implement and maintain compliance standards and office policies.
  • 5Track and report weekly KPIs through the practice scorecard.
  • 6Recruit, train, and coach staff, conducting performance reviews and development plans.
  • 7Step in to complete patient consultations when needed, ensuring exceptional service.
  • 8Oversee accounts receivable and daily closings in Open Dental.
  • 9Monitor expenses and identify cost-effective solutions to protect profitability.
  • 10Coordinate staff schedules and coverage to support production goals.

Requirements8

  • 13-5 years in a leadership or sales-focused role within a dental or healthcare setting.
  • 2Proven track record of driving revenue and coaching team performance.
  • 3Proficiency in Google Suite for reporting and communication.
  • 4Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • 5Ability to thrive in a goal-driven environment with measurable outcomes.
  • 6Dental knowledge, including implant procedures, is preferred.
  • 7Experience with Open Dental is a plus.
  • 8Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration preferred.
