Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 22+ years of leadership or management experience, dental experience preferred.
- 3Strong communication and customer service skills for exceptional patient experiences.
- 4Proven leadership abilities with relationship building and team motivation.
- 5Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
