Requirements5

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 22+ years of leadership or management experience, dental experience preferred.
  • 3Strong communication and customer service skills for exceptional patient experiences.
  • 4Proven leadership abilities with relationship building and team motivation.
  • 5Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
