Overview
You will own daily operations for a fast-growing dental practice in Washington, DC. Report directly to the lead dentist and manage a front-office team of 3-5. You will drive production and collection goals while ensuring a smooth patient experience. This role demands immediate readiness, as no training is provided. 5+ years of dental front-office management experience is required.

- 2Manage patient scheduling, insurance verification, and billing to keep revenue cycles on track.
- 3Present treatment plans and financial options to patients, securing acceptance and upfront payments.
- 4Track daily, weekly, and monthly production and collection metrics, adjusting strategies to meet goals.
- 5Resolve patient complaints and staff conflicts quickly, maintaining a professional environment.
- 6Oversee front-desk workflows, including check-in, check-out, and patient records management.
- 7Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to optimize chair time and patient flow.
- 8Conduct regular training sessions on customer service and administrative procedures.

- 15+ years of dental front-office managerial experience.
- 2Proven experience managing a dental office and front-office team.
- 3Bachelor's degree required.
- 4Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- 5Knowledge of dental office operations, scheduling, insurance, billing, collections, and patient coordination.
- 6Ability to lead a team independently and maintain a professional, efficient office environment.
