What You'll Do8

  • 2Own billing and coding for dental procedures, using Dentrix or Eaglesoft to maximize claim acceptance
  • 3Maintain EMR accuracy and HIPAA compliance across all patient records
  • 4Coordinate insurance claims processing and managed care approvals to reduce denials
  • 5Manage patient scheduling to minimize gaps and improve chair utilization
  • 6Ensure compliance with OSHA and JCAHO standards in daily operations
  • 7Train front desk staff on front desk protocols and patient communication
  • 8Produce weekly financial reports tracking revenue, aging, and daily collections

Requirements8

  • 13+ years in medical office management, ideally in a dental or healthcare setting
  • 2Hands-on experience with Dentrix or Eaglesoft practice management software
  • 3Knowledge of HIPAA privacy rules and JCAHO accreditation standards
  • 4Familiarity with medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle processes
  • 5Experience supervising front desk staff and managing patient flow
  • 6Strong understanding of dental clinic operations and terminology
  • 7Proven ability to handle insurance claims and managed care requirements
  • 8High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare admin certification preferred
