Talent Acquisition Associate, Healthcare Recruiting & Coordination
Overview
Own the full cycle of recruitment support in a remote role with occasional travel to NYC. You will manage scheduling, data integrity, reporting, and collaboration with recruiters and hiring teams to improve candidate experiences and recruitment operations. This role emphasizes process efficiency, cross-functional coordination, and data accuracy to scale talent acquisition. What makes this role unique is the focus on seamless candidate experiences across multiple platforms and strong partnership with People Ops and IT to optimize integrations.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and manage end-to-end recruitment support across posting, interviewing, and onboarding to meet talent goals
- 2Design and maintain scheduling workflows and interview panels to support high-volume hiring
- 3Own ATS administration, scorecards, and recruiting reports to drive data-driven decisions
- 4Drive candidate experience by coordinating with candidates, vendors, and hiring teams across platforms
- 5Collaborate with People Ops, Payroll, IT and Learning & Talent Development to ensure seamless integrations and data accuracy
- 6Streamline offer management via ATS and DocuSign to support smooth onboarding
- 7Identify process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency and candidate satisfaction
- 8Provide training and ongoing support for the recruitment tech stack to the TA team
- 9Produce recruitment reports and assist with recruiting campaigns and events
Requirements9
- 12+ years of administrative experience on a Recruiting or HR team
- 2Bachelor's degree
- 3Experience with calendar scheduling and managing calendars for multiple people using tools like Calendly
- 4Strong understanding of recruitment operations, process documentation, vendor management, and best practices
- 5Excellent follow-up and cross-platform communication skills
- 6Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and external partners
- 7Ability to manage multiple tasks, anticipate needs, and stay organized with technology
- 8High attention to detail and strong organizational skills with conflicting priorities
- 9Experience handling high-volume environments and improving efficiency
