Healthcare Recruiter, Onsite NYC & Healthcare Staffing
Overview
Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for healthcare professionals in a high-volume setting. You will build trust with candidates and clients, guiding careers and placements from initial outreach through onboarding. This role emphasizes live conversations, relationship-building, and thorough credentialing collaboration to ensure compliant, timely placements. You will join a collaborative Manhattan team at a leading healthcare staffing firm and help expand our network of nurses, allied health, physicians, and behavioral health professionals.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build relationships with healthcare professionals and clients to understand staffing needs and career goals
- 2Source candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking to fill temporary, temp-to-perm, direct hire, and travel roles
- 3Conduct in-depth phone interviews to assess experience, credentials, availability, and goals
- 4Match candidates to client openings based on skills, location, and schedule
- 5Prepare candidates for interviews and provide coaching to maximize success
- 6Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and clients
- 7Collect and review licenses, certifications, references, and onboarding documents
- 8Partner with credentialing and compliance teams to ensure full clearance for assignments
- 9Maintain accurate candidate records in Bullhorn or preferred ATS/CRM
- 10Follow up post-placement to ensure satisfaction and retention
- 11Meet recruiting activity goals while delivering an exceptional candidate experience

- 5Ability to prioritize multiple openings in a fast-paced environment

- 8Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly dependable
- 9Nice to have healthcare recruiting or healthcare staffing experience
- 10Experience with Bullhorn or other ATS and sourcing tools
