Practice Manager of Operations, Dental Support Organization
Overview
Own and align operations for a supported dental office at scale, partnering with Doctors to achieve top 10 business goals and quarterly financial targets. You’ll lead a team, facilitate weekly and monthly meetings, and ensure patient-first care. This role emphasizes servant leadership, ongoing development, and collaboration with cross-functional partners. What You'll Do10
- 1Lead the Doctor Led, Hygiene Driven Operations focus through monthly synergy meetings, weekly team meetings, and daily morning huddles
- 2Own alignment with doctors on daily one-on-ones and weekly touchpoints to discuss communication and support
- 3Pilot and monitor quarterly and annual financial goals as a business partner for the Doctor
- 4Select and onboard future team members by identifying candidates that fit 80% for the position and practice
- 5Support onboarding and training plans through Core Essentials and growth programs
- 6Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals across technical, commitment, and personality dimensions
- 7Partner with recruiting and support offices to ensure successful onboarding of new team members
- 8Analyze processes, identify problems and trends, and implement effective solutions and strategies
- 9Ensure compliance with TB testing requirements and safety protocols for all new hires
- 10Foster a culture of learning, teamwork, and patient-first care across supported offices
Requirements5
- 1Associate’s or Bachelor`s degree or 3 - 5 years’ leadership experience
- 2Experience in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
- 3Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
- 4Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- 5Experience in dental or medical setting and with dental software such as Dentrix (preferred)
