Overview

Lead the office in all operations supporting doctors to deliver high quality patient care at Aspen Dental. You will participate in a ten-week training program to gain business and leadership knowledge and drive profitability through strong team leadership and patient experience. This onsite role emphasizes people development, operational discipline, and data driven decision making to grow the practice.

What You'll Do6

  • 1Build and lead the office team to deliver exceptional patient service and care
  • 2Hire, develop, manage and retain staff and foster a collaborative culture
  • 3Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments to ensure quality care
  • 4Review monthly results, manage profit and loss, and align sales plans with business goals
  • 5Prepare and lead daily huddles to align expectations and optimize patient experience and business performance
  • 6Drive strategies to increase profitability and efficiency while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations

Requirements5

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 2Minimum of one year managing a team of direct reports
  • 3Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages
  • 4Analytical thinking with a focus on data to inform decisions
  • 5People centric leadership with ability to motivate and inspire others
