Systems Analyst, HCM/Enterprise Architecture & Business Transformation
Overview
The Systems Analyst owns analysis of business requirements, evaluation of existing systems, and design of technology solutions at scale. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with objectives and support governance and enterprise architecture initiatives. You will contribute to business transformation and process improvement in a collaborative, cross functional environment.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and design analyses that translate business needs into technical requirements and architecture blueprints, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency
- 2Lead stakeholder workshops and document requirements, current state processes, and target state architectures to guide solution delivery
- 3Ship and validate technology solutions with cross functional teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards
- 4Own the evaluation of existing systems, identify gaps, and propose optimized configurations and integrations in HCM and related domains
- 5Scale solution delivery by coordinating with product, engineering, and operations to meet program milestones and quality targets
- 6Debug complex system interactions, perform impact assessments, and drive issue resolution across platforms
- 7Drive documentation, risk assessments, and change management activities to support successful implementation
- 8Collaborate with security, compliance, and data governance teams to ensure adherence to policies and controls
- 9Analyze data flows and system dependencies to improve reliability, performance, and traceability
Requirements5
- 15+ years building enterprise systems analysis experience in HCM or enterprise applications
- 2Strong collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams in a cross functional environment
- 3Experience with governance, enterprise architecture, and transformation programs
- 4Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural diagrams
- 5Experience performing gap analyses, system evaluations, and solution design across multiple systems and platforms
Salary Insight
$51 - $56k per year
