Overview
Business analysis at scale leading cross functional teams on product initiatives. Own requirements gathering, documentation, data mapping, and user testing to ensure alignment from inception through maintenance. Collaborate with business and technology partners to deliver technical products and clear acceptance criteria.
What You'll Do7
- 1Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex business problems
- 2Define and document workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development
- 3Map data flows and data mappings to support integration and reporting needs
- 4Partner with stakeholders to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business goals
- 5Coordinate user testing activities and translate feedback into actionable changes
- 6Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to unblock progress
- 7Create and maintain artifacts for ongoing product support and maintenance
Requirements5
- 15+ years of experience in business analysis or product analysis
- 2Strong ability to map data flows and data mapping requirements
- 3Experience documenting workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- 4Proven track record working with cross functional teams in a hybrid/remote environment
- 5Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
