Own the documentation and stakeholder alignment for enterprise projects across Minneapolis, Detroit, Madison, Columbus, and Chicago. Partner with Solution Architects and Project Managers to deliver on-time outcomes. This role drives clarity from discovery to deployment, bridging business and IT teams.
What You'll Do7
- 1Document current and future state workflows for enterprise initiatives during the first 90 days
- 2Facilitate requirements gathering with stakeholders across business and IT groups
- 3Translate business needs into functional specs for Solution Architects and developers
- 4Coordinate with Project Managers to track milestones and flag risks weekly
- 5Validate deliverables against acceptance criteria in UAT cycles
- 6Own impact analyses for process changes and system enhancements
- 7Drive traceability from requirements to test cases for audit readiness
Requirements7
- 15+ years as a Business Analyst on enterprise projects
- 23+ years facilitating workshops with cross-functional teams
- 3Proven record writing BRDs, FRDs, and use cases
- 4Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models
- 5Strong SQL skills for data validation
- 6Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for backlog management
- 7Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
