You will own business process analysis and requirements elicitation for a critical client in Austin, TX. What You'll Do9
- 1Lead business process analysis sessions to map current workflows and identify improvement areas
- 2Elicit and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements using Jira and Confluence
- 3Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
- 4Partner with stakeholders to validate requirements and manage scope changes
- 5Drive gap analysis between current and desired states, recommending solutions
- 6Facilitate requirements walkthroughs and obtain sign-offs from business owners
- 7Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by defining test scenarios and coordinating feedback
- 8Deliver process documentation, including BPMN diagrams and flowcharts
- 9Coordinate with QA teams to ensure requirements are testable and traceable

- 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment
- 23+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
- 33+ years of experience with SQL for data analysis and querying
- 42+ years of experience with Jira and Confluence
- 51+ years of experience with BPMN or process modeling tools
- 6Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 7Proven track record of leading requirements elicitation workshops
- 8Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
