Overview

What You'll Do8
- 1Map current-state business processes using BPMN diagrams and identify inefficiencies for business process reengineering.
- 2Drive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define systems that align with business strategies.

- 4Deliver process improvement recommendations based on root cause analysis and user feedback.
- 5Develop test plans and coordinate UAT with business users to ensure system functionality.
- 6Create functional specifications for development teams, bridging business needs and technical solutions.
- 7Track project milestones and report progress to leadership via Power BI dashboards.
- 8Facilitate workshops to validate new technology applications and gain stakeholder buy-in.
Requirements7
- 13+ years as a Business Analyst with focus on business process reengineering.
- 22+ years creating process maps using Visio or Lucidchart.
- 31+ years working with SQL to query data for analysis.
- 4Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Analysis Certification (AAC) preferred.
- 6Experience in healthcare or government sectors a plus.
- 7Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
