What You'll Do10
- 1Analyze business processes and document system requirements, user stories, use cases, and data flow diagrams using Agile and SDLC methodologies.
- 2Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server databases.
- 3Perform data profiling and identify data anomalies to ensure data quality and integrity.
- 4Develop and execute test plans and test cases to validate system functionality and performance.
- 5Collaborate with business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and prioritize backlog items.
- 6Facilitate requirements walkthroughs and JAD sessions to align on scope and design.
- 7Create as-is and to-be process maps using BPMN standards.
- 8Drive UAT with business users and document outcomes.
- 9Monitor data flows and coordinate with dev and QA teams to resolve defects.
- 10Communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences through visualizations and presentations.
Requirements8
- 15+ years as a Business Analyst in IT projects with Agile and SDLC experience.
- 23+ years writing complex SQL queries and working with Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server.
- 32+ years creating user stories, use cases, and data flow diagrams.
- 4Hands-on with JIRA or Azure DevOps for requirement tracking.
- 5Proven track record of developing and executing test plans and test cases.
- 6Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- 8Agile certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe) preferred.
