What You'll Do8
- 1Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with federal stakeholders to document business needs.
- 2Translate stakeholder needs into detailed functional and technical requirements for Agile delivery.
- 3Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria definition with the development team.
- 4Write SQL queries to validate data integrity and support system testing.
- 5Collaborate with QA engineers to design and execute test cases ensuring system aligns with requirements.
- 6Conduct gap analysis between current and target processes, recommending system improvements.
- 7Own the requirements documentation lifecycle from draft to approval and version control.
- 8Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify and resolve ambiguities.
Requirements8
- 15+ years as a Technical Business Analyst or equivalent role in federal IT programs.
- 2Experienced with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum or SAFe.
- 3Proven ability to write complex SQL queries for data analysis and validation.
- 4Excellent facilitation skills for requirements workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
- 5Strong documentation skills: use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
- 6Experience with JIRA or similar Agile project management tools.
- 7Active PMP or CBAP certification preferred.
- 8Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
