Business Systems Analyst, Enterprise IT & CRM Platforms
Overview
You will own the bridge between business needs and technical solutions at scale, guiding enterprise system implementations. You will optimize performance, streamline processes, and ensure seamless integration across platforms. What You'll Do10
- 1Build system specifications from stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable design
- 2Design and develop system solutions using SOA and enterprise architecture principles
- 3Lead configuration development and deployment of applications on CRM and BPM platforms such as Salesforce and Pegasystems
- 4Conduct system analysis and integration across SQL NoSQL PostgreSQL MySQL Oracle databases
- 5Support SDLC activities including version control CI CD scripting Python Bash and debugging
- 6Troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues including cloud security AWS Azure load balancing and network configurations
- 7Facilitate cross functional communication to align projects and implement microservices with Kubernetes or Docker
- 8Drive quality through continuous improvement in Agile environments
- 9Collaborate with security teams system engineers and developers to ensure secure scalable solutions
- 10Maintain data integrity and optimize database performance across multiple platforms
Requirements7
- 1Proven experience in business analysis with requirements analysis and system design methodologies
- 2Hands on experience with JavaScript C# .NET or Ruby on Rails in enterprise environments
- 3Knowledge of virtualization VMware ESXi system hardening vulnerability management and threat intelligence
- 4Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS Azure and DevOps practices Jenkins Git Docker CI CD
- 5Strong SQL scripting skills with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server PostgreSQL Oracle PL/SQL
- 6Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous improvement in application development
- 7Excellent communication and multi tasking abilities in fast paced settings
