Overview
Own the functional analysis for enterprise systems in Houston, TX. You will gather and document business requirements, configure applications, and support integrations across the stack. Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to deliver solutions for SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce. What You'll Do7
- 1Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specs for SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.
- 2Configure system settings and manage user roles within SAP and Salesforce to align with business processes.
- 3Support integration flows between Oracle ERP and Salesforce CRM using middleware tools.
- 4Coordinate with developers to design and test system enhancements in an Agile environment.
- 5Document functional designs and conduct user acceptance testing for new releases.
- 6Lead troubleshooting of production issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
- 7Facilitate workshops to validate requirements with business users.
Requirements7
- 17+ years as a Functional Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in enterprise applications.
- 25+ years with SAP configuration and support in modules like MM or SD.
- 33+ years hands-on with Salesforce configuration and integration.
- 42+ years supporting Oracle ERP integrations.
- 5Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
- 6Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- 7Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
