Supply Coordinator, Order Fulfillment & Logistics
Overview
Supply Coordinator will own the end-to-end processing of supply orders for SumnerOne's operations, managing order entry, tracking, and customer communication to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials. This role sits inside the supplies operations team, collaborating with internal warehouse staff and external clients across the Midwest. You'll be the central point of contact for order status, resolving issues and escalating priorities to keep service levels high. This is a front-line position for someone who excels at detail, thrives on customer interaction, and likes the pace of logistics and fulfillment.
What You'll Do7
- 1Enter and process supply orders in the ERP system with precision, ensuring data integrity from the start.
- 2Coordinate with the supply warehouse on shipments, stock levels, and order requirements to align fulfillment.
- 3Handle incoming calls, emails, and requests from internal teams and customers, providing clear and professional responses.
- 4Research delivery status, product availability, and order details to answer inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- 5Track order progression, follow up on pending items, and drive issues to resolution.
- 6Identify priority issues and escalate to supervisors or relevant teams to meet service timelines.
- 7Maintain accurate order documentation and notes in the system for audit and continuity.
Requirements7
- 11+ years experience in customer service, logistics, purchasing, or order processing, preferred.
- 2Computer literacy with proficiency in data entry and standard office software.
- 3Prior experience with ERP or order management systems, a plus.
- 4Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- 5Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
- 6Professional, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
- 7Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass pre-employment screenings.
