Supply Chain Coordinator, EFP Staffing
Overview
We seek a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support purchasing inventory and logistics operations. This role drives process improvements and collaborates across teams. It differs by focusing on operational efficiency and strategic sourcing.
What You'll Do10
- 1Create and manage purchase orders from request through receipt
- 2Work directly with vendors to request quotes negotiate pricing place orders and follow up on delays or shortages
- 3Manage purchasing activities based on lead times minimum order quantities reorder points and safety stock requirements
- 4Monitor inventory levels for raw materials packaging components and finished goods
- 5Resolve receiving quantity pricing quality shipping and vendor discrepancies
- 6Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records within the ERP/MRP system
- 7Use Excel for purchasing inventory tracking reporting and analysis
- 8Communicate effectively with Production Accounting and management to ensure purchasing and inventory needs are met
- 9Document purchasing and logistics processes to ensure consistency and continuity
- 10Identify opportunities to improve purchasing inventory and logistics processes
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in procurement purchasing supply chain or logistics
- 3Odoo experience preferred
- 4Excel and organizational skills
- 5Ability to manage multiple vendors purchase orders deadlines and priorities
- 6Strong communication problem-solving and follow-through skills
- 7Attention to detail and accuracy
- 8Experience working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams
