Requirements10
- 15+ years supervising commercial construction projects
- 2HVAC plumbing or MEP experience preferred
- 3Proven success leading field teams and coordinating complex projects
- 4Understanding of scheduling sequencing and cost control
- 5Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- 6OSHA 30 certification preferred
- 7Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
- 8Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- 95+ years experience
- 10Construction management background
