Overview
Lead interior construction operations overseeing daily site activities from planning to completion. Responsible for ensuring compliance with safety programs coordinating subcontractors maintaining schedules and managing client relationships.
What You'll Do10
- 1Monitor field compliance with project safety program requirements and implement corrective measures
- 2Plan and supervise field activities including determining construction methods manpower material quantities equipment and scheduling
- 3Coordinate subcontractor sequencing and performance
- 4Maintain liaison with departments to ensure materials inspections and project schedule alignment
- 5Perform timely project closeout procedures including As-Builds and punchlists
- 6Schedule and facilitate permit inspections
- 7Conduct weekly subcontractor safety and foreman meetings
- 8Develop detailed daily site logs and report findings to management
- 9Collaborate with clients project managers and building management
- 10Utilize AI tools for resume analysis and application review
Requirements5
- 15+ years related experience or Construction Management degree
- 2Procore experience preferred
- 3OSHA 30 certification completed within 90 days
- 4Detailed hands-on approach
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
